Cellbot Software

Cellbot software has several components components:

  • (Phone) cbclient – Cellbot Client and Video Streamer – this is the client software that controls the robot and sends a video stream as well as GPS and sensor data from the phone to the PC. This offers several modes:
  1. Direct Drive Mode –  Joystick positions / server commands are sent directly to the servos
  2. Fixed Heading Mode – Compass sensor is used to aim bot within 10 degrees of the target heading sent from server.  Speed control is still manual.
  • (PC) cbserver – Software to display the video stream and sensor data, as well as send commands back to the cbclient. Supports most USB or SDL-compatible joysticks.
